Burzin And Leons was established in 1986 by Mr. Dolly Navsariwalla who served with the renowned ICI India Ltd. (Indian subsidiary of ICI PLC UK) for 28 years before taking a premature retirement when he had reached the position as their Marketing Manager for Textile Dyes and Surfactants.
